Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a…drag. You’ve ordered something, you’re excited, you’re pumped and now you’ve got to send it back. Bummer. BUT don’t panic, here at Support Your Local Filmmaker(s) we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible for you!

Support Your Local Filmmaker(s) Return Policy:

· Something not right? No problem! Let us know and we’ll get it straightened out.

· Support Your Local Filmmaker(s) currently does not offer exchanges - only refunds!

· Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused or undamaged. That means keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to the returned goods.

· Item(s) cannot be returned if any labels have been cut/removed. 

· All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

· You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. 

· To request for a refund, please drop us a line on our Contact Us page with the Subject Line stating "Refund Request" followed by your receipt number (e.g. Refund Request - 000000001).

· Once item(s) are returned, received and reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been submitted. 

· Orders placed separately cannot be refunded as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
